About the role

Responsible for the personnel and staffing of the clinic under supervision of Clinic Coordinator. Oversees the record keeping and directs the efforts of the clinic to provide the highest quality service.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedule of clinic employees to ensure operations
• Work with Clinic Coordinator and employees to resolve patient complaints
• Manage monthly and daily reporting requirements
• Supervise clinic workflow
• Coordinate support issues
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Working knowledge of computers.
• Excellent human relations and oral/written communication skills.
