Role Overview

The Clinical Supervisor RN manages clinical support staff and oversees workflows within the clinic, ensuring efficient, safe, and patient-centered care. They act as a key member of the leadership team, bringing professional nursing expertise to enhance staff skills and quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Supervising clinical activities
• Collaborating with physicians
• Ensuring compliance with clinic policies

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with an active Washington RN license
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• At least 3 years of direct patient care experience, preferably in ambulatory settings
• Experience delegating nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
• Provider ACLS certification
• Previous charge or lead nurse experience
