About the Role
The Clinical Supervisor RN oversees clinical support staff and manages workflows within the clinic, ensuring efficient, safe, and patient-centered care. They collaborate with physicians, uphold nursing standards, and lead quality improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise clinical staff and activities
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures
- Lead efforts to enhance staff skills and care quality
- Work directly with physicians on nursing practice matters
- Promote safe, timely, and holistic patient care
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Active Washington RN license and BLS certification
- Minimum of 3 years of direct patient care experience, preferably in ambulatory settings
- Experience in delegation of nursing responsibilities
Qualifications & Skills
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Preferred: ACLS certification
- Preferred: Leadership experience
- Key attributes: Leadership, clinical expertise, ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and a focus on quality patient care
