About the Role

The Clinical Supervisor RN oversees clinical support staff and manages workflows within the clinic, ensuring efficient, safe, and patient-centered care. They collaborate with physicians, uphold nursing standards, and lead quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise clinical staff and activities
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures
• Lead efforts to enhance staff skills and care quality
• Work directly with physicians on nursing practice matters
• Promote safe, timely, and holistic patient care

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Active Washington RN license and BLS certification
• Minimum of 3 years of direct patient care experience, preferably in ambulatory settings
• Experience in delegation of nursing responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Preferred: ACLS certification
• Preferred: Leadership experience
