Clinic RN ENT Clinic PRN

Primary Duties

• Support administration in the development and implementation of the hospital’s mission, vision and overall goals.
• Maintain efficiency and effectiveness of patient care by monitoring human resource processes related to the emergency department.
• Ensure proper staffing levels and effective department orientation programs through ongoing educational opportunities and performance evaluations.
• Lead by example and hold department accountable for meeting the needs and expectations of the hospital by communicating departmental and hospital-wide issues.
• Facilitate the development of the annual department budget, three-year capital equipment estimates, and strategic planning goals.
• Evaluate timecards and departmental operations to ensure adherence to administrative, budgetary, and strategic planning goals.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in Wyoming.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Demonstrated knowledge and ability to apply age-specific principles of growth and development and life stages to meet each patient's needs.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
