Job Summary

As a Clinic Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a central figure in our patient care team, delivering exceptional, compassionate care that truly makes a difference in our patients' lives. Every day you will collaborate on comprehensive screenings, conduct critical risk assessments, provide vital preventative health education, and expertly coordinate care for diverse patient populations, leveraging technology to streamline processes. You'll ensure patients feel informed and at ease, patiently guiding them through instructions and addressing their concerns.

Responsibilities

• Completes patient assessments competently, assessing for and identifying needs of unit-specific patient population.
• Coordinates with other disciplines when indicated, insuring comprehensive, holistic and effective plan of care.
• Implements interventions based on nursing and medical plan of care, managing patient population, diagnosis and age specific needs through appropriate adaptation of interventions.
• Updates the plan of care to reflect current care needs.
• Demonstrates the ability to recognize and adapt to changes in patients condition in a timely and clinically appropriate manner.

Requirements

• Graduate of a Registered Nursing program
• Registered Nurse: Basic Life Support - CPR
• Bachelor's of Science in Nursing and 6 months of clinic experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
