Schedule
Day shift
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Friday: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
80 hours per two-week pay period.
Responsibilities
- Assist in examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a physician.
- Conduct patient intake, take vital signs (pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, height), and complete patient health history in the electronic medical record.
- Draw and collect blood samples for patients and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis; may involve exposure to bodily fluids.
Requirements
- CPR certification (required).
- High School diploma or GED equivalent (required if working in the lab).
- Registered Medical Assistant certification (required).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant (preferred).
Skills
- Good decision-making skills.

- Knowledge of anatomy.

- Friendly, professional demeanor with ability to maintain a fast pace during clinic hours.
