About the role

Physician duly licensed to practice medicine in Minnesota whose principal duties are to provide professional medical services in the Clinic department through assessment and improvement of the individual and collective health status of individuals in the communities served. The physician will carry out the mission of Rainy Lake Medical Center by providing comprehensive clinical care in collaboration with other staff to patients. The scope of practice is defined through the Practices’ credentialing and privileging committee.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional medical services in the Clinic department
• Assess and improve individual and collective health status of patients
• Deliver comprehensive clinical care in collaboration with other staff

Requirements

• Current Minnesota Board Certified license (MD or DO)
• BLS certification
• Valid NPI number
• Current DEA with authority to prescribe all levels
• Degree in Medicine and completed U.S. Medical Licensing Examination

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of practice as a licensed physician
• ACLS certification

Pay

$220,000 to $360,000 annually
