About the role

The PSC Clinic Nursing Supervisor at Peterson Health is responsible for leading nursing staff, ensuring quality care, managing supplies, assisting physicians, and maintaining efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to nursing staff
• Ensure quality medical care by nursing staff
• Manage availability of medical supplies
• Routinely assist physicians, providers, and clinical staff
• Perform diagnostic testing
• Maintain supply inventory levels
• Clean and maintain medical equipment
• Work closely with the Business Office supervisor
• Work closely with the Practice Manager, leadership team, providers, staff, and patients
• Affirm satisfaction and efficiency

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school
• Nursing, supervision of employees, communication and interpersonal skills, understanding of physician office work flows
• Current CPR (BLS) required

Qualifications

• At least two years of nursing experience; supervisory or lead experience
• Preferred: At least three years of nursing experience, 2 of which were in a supervisory capacity in a medical office setting
