Clinic Nurse RN

About the role

This position plays a critical role in supporting the mission and values of Baptist Health. You will work closely with other departments to ensure patient care is delivered efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Assist in the coordination of care between patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding their health conditions and treatment plans.
• Document patient interactions and progress in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program or equivalent certification.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Arkansas.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
