Clinic Nurse or LPN - Women's Health

About the Role

Provide compassionate outpatient care specializing in Women's Health as a Clinic RN or LPN.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver safe, effective patient care.
• Assist with examinations and procedures.
• Obtain patient histories and vital signs.
• Administer treatments and educate patients.
• Coordinate care by facilitating communication among providers, managing referrals, and ensuring continuity.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to policies and regulations.

Requirements

• RN: Graduate of an accredited Nursing school with a current Missouri RN license.
• LPN: Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program with a current Missouri LPN license.
• CPR certification.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic EMR proficiency.
• Commitment to patient-centered care.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Women's Health, OB/GYN, ambulatory care, or care coordination.
