Clinic Nurse or LPN - Women's Health

Role Overview: Provides compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in an outpatient Women’s Health clinic environment. Collaborates with providers and care teams to coordinate clinical services, support workflows, and ensure exceptional patient experiences. Key Responsibilities Deliver direct nursing support, assist with examinations, procedures, and diagnostic testing.Record patient histories, vital signs, assessments, and monitor patient conditions.Administer medications, injections, and treatments as per protocols.Educate patients on diagnoses, treatments, follow-up care, and preventive health.Coordinate care among patients, providers, and departments, facilitating referrals and follow-up.Maintain accurate documentation, ensure compliance with policies, HIPAA, and safety standards.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team activities. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited Nursing or Practical Nursing program.Current Missouri RN or LPN license or eligibility.CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Basic proficiency in electronic medical records and clinical workflows.Experience in Women’s Health, OB/GYN, or outpatient care preferred.
