Role Overview

As a Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist, you will lead daily clinic operations, manage staff, and deliver personalized outpatient physical therapy care to diverse patients with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses. You will develop treatment plans, measure patient outcomes using advanced software, and ensure documentation accuracy. Your responsibilities include administrative, financial, and personnel management, fostering team collaboration, and promoting professional growth through affiliations, workshops, and community events.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited program
• Licensed or license-eligible as a PT
• At least one year of experience
• Passionate about learning, growth, and making an impact
