About the Role

The Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for managing daily clinic operations, providing personalized patient care, and leading a team in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans for diverse orthopedic and neurologic patients.
• Use advanced software to measure patient outcomes and document evaluations and treatments.
• Manage clinic operations, including financial, administrative, and personnel aspects.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive clinic culture and support professional growth.
• Engage in community and professional activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed or license-eligible as a PT.
• Minimum of one year of physical therapy experience.
