Clinic Manager I

Position Summary

The Clinic Manager I provides direct supervision of daily clinic operations and ensures the clinic and staff maintain ethical, professional, service and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Translates senior leadership's vision into actionable outcomes
• Coaches and mentors staff, physicians and advance practice providers to successfully practice to the full capability of their role
• Acts as a visible and accountable leader
• Manages and improves clinic operations
• Drives process improvements and supports program development across clinics

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree
• 4 years of professional or technical experience
• 2 years of supervisory or lead experience

Qualifications

• Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications

Skills

• Strong skills in change management and performance improvement
• Foundational knowledge in business operations, revenue cycle, and healthcare systems
• Business acumen to drive process improvements and support program development
