About the role
Hanger, Inc., a leading provider of orthotic and prosthetic (O&P) services and products, seeks a Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist (CPO/CO) to join our dynamic team in La Mesa, California. Responsibilities
- Assess patients and formulate treatment plans
- Implement treatment plans and follow up with patients
- Provide direct patient care for orthotic and prosthetic conditions
- Manage clinical operations including practitioners, technicians, and administrative staff
- Maintain quality assurance programs to ensure patient satisfaction
- Coordinate sales and marketing plans to develop referral sources and expand revenue opportunities
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
- Manage practice expenses and materials to meet budget projections
Requirements
- Current board certification in Prosthetics and/or Orthotics from ABC or BOC, or Baccalaureate degree in prosthetics and/or orthotics
- Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting Hanger’s standards
- Five years’ experience in Orthotics and/or Prosthetics providing direct patient care
- Two to four years supervisory experience
- Two to four years third-party billing experience
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills
- Competent knowledge of orthotics and prosthetics patient care management
- Proficient in Windows-based office technologies

Schedule
The Clinic Manager works a typical Monday through Friday schedule, with occasional evening and weekend hours as needed.
