Clinic Manager - Chesterfield, MI

Reporting to the Regional Director, the Clinic Manager leads the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including the treatment of patients. Responsibilities include onboarding and training employees, reviewing treatment plans, and engaging with the community to enhance patients' health and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program, Physical Therapy Assistant Program, or Occupational Therapy Program.
• Current professional licensure as a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Occupational Therapist.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Energetic, service-minded team player with a focus on exceptional patient care.
• Must maintain state licenses and complete all compliance standards as requested.

Pay

Full-time (40 hours/week) salaried position with a base pay range of USD $68,640 – $116,000 per year. Additional pay such as incentives, GAP, overtime, and stipends may apply depending on location and program rules.
