Job Summary and Responsibilities

• Keep the day running smoothly and efficiently for patients and clinical team.
• Take the lead on proactive preparation of patient charts; ensuring all information is obtained and up-to-date for those seen in the facility.
• Manage care for multiple patients, adapt to physician availability on-site, and actively collaborate with the clinical team to prioritize tasks and ensure seamless patient flow throughout the clinic.
• Your success in this role comes from your enthusiasm to help others, work efficiently, and your empathy for our patients.
• Checks schedules and organizes patient flow.
• Accompanies patients to the exam room and updates electronic medical records.
• Prepares patients for exams/procedures.
• Affords assistance/performs medication administration, dressings, and collection of lab specimens as instructed.
• Relays information regarding follow-up care and return visits to patients and families.
• Schedules tests and procedures as directed.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): MN Basic Life Support - CPR.
• EPIC EMR experience preferred.
• Previous LPN experience preferred.

Pay Range

$20.86 - $29.46 /hour
