CLINIC LPN or CMA OFFERING SIGN ON BONUS

Job Duties

• Collaboratively provide excellent patient care in the ambulatory/clinic setting according to current best practice standards and through processes adopted by the Rainy Lake Clinics.
• Assist and support physicians/advanced practice providers and other clinic staff to achieve comprehensive patient care.
• Directly assist with procedures within scope of practice and for which competencies have been demonstrated.
• Communicate clearly and positively with each other and ancillary departments to coordinate patient care.

Minimum Education Required

• Current MN LPN License or current registration
• Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program
• Current BLS certification or ability to become certified within six months from date of hire

Minimum Experience Required

• At least one-year clinical experience

Compensation

$22.16 - $30.02 / Hourly

$5,000 to $10,000 sign on bonus
