About the role
Pride Health is hiring a Clinic LPN to support our client's healthcare team in New Paltz, NY.
Schedule
- Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
- Location: New Paltz, NY
- Job Type: Local contract
- Contract Length: 4 month contract
- Pay Rate: 30-34/hr
Responsibilities
- Maintaining clinical efficiency and regulatory compliance
- Overseeing all clinical logs
- Injections for in office visits
- In basket management
- Incoming patient calls
- Walk in patient review for unscheduled walk ins or urgent change in status
- Rooming patients
- Vitals
- Medication reconciliation
- Nurse visits
- Assisting with scheduling follow ups and referrals to specialists
Qualifications
- Current LPN license
- 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred, ideally in primary care, family medicine, ambulatory care, or physician practice settings
- Experience with patient intake, vital signs, medication administration, immunizations, and specimen collection
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems
