Responsibilities

• Collects and documents patient intake data.
• Maintains accurate and complete patient records.
• Provides patient support that reflects considerations for emotional, physical, social, cultural, religious, and economic influences.
• Assists with routine clinic support activities.
• Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
• Maintains an appropriate, safe, and therapeutic environment per clinic policy.
• Assists with performing patient assessments and treatments under the supervision of a physician.

Requirements

• State of Michigan LPN license.
• Graduation from an LPN or LVN Program.
• Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP).
• BCLS Trainer and Specimen Collection (For Occupational Medicine only).

Pay

$7,500 Sign-on Bonus available (based on meeting eligibility criteria).
