Clinic Lead - Prompt Care (Full-Time, Temporary, Days)

Compensation Range: $28.62 - $38.64 per hour, based on applicable experience.

About the Role

Under the direction of and in collaboration with the Clinic Supervisor, the Clinic Lead is responsible for the daily operations, oversight, and coordination of the clinic and clinical staff to provide safe, efficient, cost-effective, and quality services to patients. The Clinic Lead participates in program development and department performance improvement, consistently demonstrating Enloe Health’s core values and serving as a role model to other employees.

Schedule

• Shift: Days
• Shift length: 8 hours
• Days off: Variable, weekends required
• Hours per pay period: 80

Requirements

• Two years of clerical experience in a medical setting
• One year of experience in a hospital-based clinic or medical practice setting

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field (desired)
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience (desired)

Skills & Abilities

• Ability to organize and complete work efficiently with attention to detail and timeliness
• Flexibility in work assignments
• Proficiency in typing and computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Effective written and verbal communication, both one-on-one and in groups
• Ability to lead, motivate, delegate, analyze information, and problem-solve
• Demonstrated professional judgment and behavior reflective of Enloe Health’s core values
• Ability to fulfill the essential functions of the position
