Clinic -Lead Medical Assistant

Responsibilities

Oversees departments activities, staffing and problems to facilitate a conducive working environment.

Aids the Operations department with interviewing, hiring, evaluating and disciplining of assigned personnel.

Qualifications

• Education and Work Experience:
  • High School or equivalent
  • Three years of work experience, preferably in a medical office setting with medical supervisor experience
• Knowledge:
  • Current BCLS certificate
  • Knowledge of ICD9, CPT, Coding, Medical Terminology preferred

The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
