About the role
The Clinic Financial Liaison is responsible for performing clinical and operational audits to verify accuracy of information and compliance to established policies, practices, and regulations. They also ensure timely and accurate recording of clinical billing, facilitate education on ongoing trends and charge capture issues, and coordinate communications between coding and the clinic/providers.
Responsibilities
- Perform clinical and operational audits to verify accuracy of information and compliance to established policies, practices, and regulations.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of clinical billing in regards to charge capture.
- Facilitate education related to on-going trends and charge capture issues.
- Cookordination communications between coding and the clinic/providers as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2 years of experience in Healthcare, Reimbursement Services, Clinical audit, Medical Records, and/or Government Billing Regulations required.
Qualifications
- Sedentary work - prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10 lbs. force occasionally.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
