• Progress treatment plans based on patient response and clinical data

Requirements

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy
• Current Texas Physical Therapy License
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedic therapy
• Experience in leadership roles within a physical therapy setting
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Qualifications

• Passionate about evidence-based practice and patient-centered care
• Proven ability to lead and mentor staff
• Experience with clinical decision-making based on patient outcomes
• Strong understanding of healthcare policies and regulations

Pay

• 85,000 - 105,000 USD per year (SRPT - Willow Park)
• 85,000 - 105,000 USD per year (SRPT - Weatherford)
