Clinic Director Physical Therapy - Peachtree City / Fayetteville, GA

About the role

We are seeking a Physical Therapy Clinic Manager for our outpatient clinic in Fayetteville, GA. Georgia Bone & Joint is a leading provider of orthopedic medical care with expanding practices in south Atlanta. Our clinic offers a dynamic, team-centered environment where therapists can collaborate with orthopedic physicians, perform advanced treatments, and provide comprehensive care to patients ranging from athletes to the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the physical therapy clinic, managing staff, and ensuring efficient patient care.
• Communicate with front desk, insurance, billing, and other departments to ensure optimal service delivery and address any issues.
• Collaborate with supervisors and managers to maintain consistent protocols and comply with company policies.
• Order supplies and equipment within budget constraints.
• Hire additional staff as needed to maintain a balanced team.
• Lead staff meetings at least quarterly to discuss performance and address concerns.
• Conduct annual reviews for therapists under direct supervision.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare laws and policies.
• Engage in community activities and develop relationships with local schools and athletic programs.

Requirements

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Currently licensed as a physical therapist in Georgia or eligible for licensure.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with 3+ years in outpatient orthopedic practice.
• BLS CPR Certification.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with no weekend clinic hours.
