About the role
We are seeking a Physical Therapy Clinic Manager for our outpatient clinic in Fayetteville, GA. Georgia Bone & Joint is a leading provider of orthopedic medical care with expanding practices in south Atlanta. Our clinic offers a dynamic, team-centered environment where therapists can collaborate with orthopedic physicians, perform advanced treatments, and provide comprehensive care to patients ranging from athletes to the elderly.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the physical therapy clinic, managing staff, and ensuring efficient patient care.
- Communicate with front desk, insurance, billing, and other departments to ensure optimal service delivery and address any issues.
- Collaborate with supervisors and managers to maintain consistent protocols and comply with company policies.
- Order supplies and equipment within budget constraints.
- Hire additional staff as needed to maintain a balanced team.
- Lead staff meetings at least quarterly to discuss performance and address concerns.
- Conduct annual reviews for therapists under direct supervision.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare laws and policies.
- Engage in community activities and develop relationships with local schools and athletic programs.
Requirements
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited school of Physical Therapy.
- Currently licensed as a physical therapist in Georgia or eligible for licensure.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with 3+ years in outpatient orthopedic practice.
- BLS CPR Certification.

Pay
Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with no weekend clinic hours.
