Clinic Director - Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient - Sign on Bonus

At Atlantic Sports & Rehabilitation, you'll work with a diverse outpatient population while delivering individualized, evidence-based care in a collaborative environment. Our clinics are known for treating orthopedic, post-surgical, sports medicine, balance, vestibular, and musculoskeletal conditions while building meaningful relationships with patients and referral partners throughout the community.
About the role
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
- Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life
- Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-operative, sports medicine, vestibular, balance, and musculoskeletal conditions
- Provide day-to-day leadership and operational oversight for the clinic
- Mentor and support therapists and staff while fostering a positive, collaborative culture
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, referral sources, patients, and community partners
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time
- Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management
- Work within a manageable caseload environment while balancing leadership responsibilities
- Support clinic growth initiatives while maintaining exceptional patient care standards
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required
- Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- Leadership, supervisory, or Clinical Director experience preferred
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
