Clinic Director Physical Therapist (License Required)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of clinicians, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
• Oversee clinic operations, including patient care, marketing, and growth initiatives.
• Build and maintain community relationships to enhance the clinic's presence and reputation.
• Recruit and mentor team members, ensuring professional development and exceptional patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with current or pending licensure in Virginia.
• 3+ years of proven experience in a healthcare setting.
• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for mentoring and developing others.

Pay

Compensation Range: $93,000 - $126,000/per year. This position is eligible for additional compensation, including a Director bonus plan, student loan repayment, sign-on bonus, or relocation assistance.
