Clinic Director - Physical Therapist

About the role

At Select Physical Therapy, we are seeking a physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as an outpatient center manager. This role involves overseeing the outpatient orthopedic therapy team, providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of patients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the outpatient orthopedic therapy team
• Provide preventative and rehab services
• Maximize functionality and promote the well-being of patients
• Utilize local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers
• Grow and manage center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios
• Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and PTAs
• Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
• Two (2) years of experience as a licensed physical therapist
• Valid State Physical Therapist License to start

Salary up to $100k based on experience
