About the Role
Lead a team of amazing Physical Therapists as the Clinic Director at Peak Physical Therapy in Garland.
Responsibilities
- Treat patients as part of the team
- Oversight of the clinic staff
- Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements
Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- At least 3 years of clinical experience
- Experience in leadership and management roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
