Clinic Director, Physical Therapist

About the Role

As Physical Therapy Clinic Director, you will manage the overall leadership and operation of our outpatient clinic in Annandale. With the support of experienced administration, you will provide outstanding one-on-one patient care, supervise both clinical and office staff, and ensure all APTA standards, policies, and procedures are followed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall leadership and operation of the outpatient clinic
• Provide one-on-one patient care
• Supervise clinical and office staff
• Ensure compliance with APTA standards, policies, and procedures
• Market the clinic by networking and visiting physician offices

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA curriculum
• Current New Jersey physical therapy license
• CPR certification
• Exercise and manual-based skills
• Outgoing and energetic personality

Qualifications

• Excellent patient care and communication skills
• Ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience for patients and visitors
• Previous staff supervisory responsibility, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting
