Job Description Max Motion Physical Therapy is looking for a passionate Physical Therapist to lead our Sierra Vista team as Clinic Director! As Clinic Director, you’ll combine clinical care with leadership and team development to help create a strong, collaborative clinic while delivering excellent patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day clinical and operational activities of the clinicProvide direct patient care while maintaining high clinical standardsLead, mentor, and develop physical therapists and support staffOversee hiring, onboarding, and team performanceMonitor clinic performance, budget, and resource needsHelp grow the clinic through community relationships, referrals, and new programsEnsure accurate documentation, compliance, and effective use of our EHRSupport marketing and outreach efforts to increase clinic visibilityCreate a positive, patient-focused environment centered on quality care and customer serviceStay current with physical therapy best practices and continuing education We’re looking for a strong communicator and team leader who is passionate about patient care, enjoys developing others, and wants to play an active role in growing a successful clinic. Qualifications **Required:** Current, active Physical Therapy License in the State of ArizonaMinimum 3 years of clinical physical therapy experienceProven management or leadership experience in a healthcare settingStrong organizational and detail-oriented skill set with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulationsProficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systemsBudget management and financial acumenProblem-solving abilities and resilience in a dynamic environment Preferred Experience or demonstrated interest in sports rehabilitation, orthopedics, or working with active populationsMarketing or business development experienceExperience developing and launching new clinical programs or servicesCommunity partnership development experienceAdvanced certifications or specializations in physical therapy (e.g., Orthopedic Certified Specialist, Sports Certified Specialist)Experience with strategic planning and business growth initiatives Additional Information We offer a competitive total compensation package including base salary plus an individual incentive plan, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, disability, life and a 401(k) plan, in addition to other outstanding benefits such as continuing education reimbursement and Paid Time Off.
