Clinic Director/Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Ensure efficient and economical clinic performance aligned with operating budgets, goals, and objectives.
• Develop and implement clinic policies, practices, and procedures that drive operational success.
• Contribute to strategic planning and goal setting in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Team Management & Development: Lead and manage clinic staff, including performance evaluations, hiring, development, and terminations.
• Provide leadership through subordinate supervisors and therapists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
• Regulatory & Communication Oversight: Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and licensing requirements. Maintain effective communication with senior administration, medical staff, community partners, and clinic employees.
• Clinical Involvement: Deliver high-quality patient care. Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to the therapy team.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapy Degree
• Current state of Michigan license to practice physical therapy or ability to obtain Michigan license.
