Clinic Director - Physical Therapist $20K Bonus

About the role

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least one year of outpatient experience to lead our outpatient orthopedic therapy center in Locust Grove, VA. As the Outpatient Clinic Director, you will oversee our therapy team, provide preventive and rehabilitation services, and ensure an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for the center and uphold executive decisions
• Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors, and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Grow and manage the center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios
• Expand and develop a team of talented Physical Therapists (PTs) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
• Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community
• Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
• Valid State Physical Therapist License (required to start)
• One (1) year of experience in outpatient physical therapy
• CPR Certification

Pay

$90,000 - $110,000 annually (pending experience) plus a $20,000 bonus.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday.
