Clinic Director-Physical Therapist-up to $20k Bonus!

About the role

Located in Westbrook, ME, Saco Bay PT’s outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center is seeking a physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care as an outpatient center manager. You will oversee the therapy team, deliver preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality, and promote patient well‑being while building your own team and running the clinic.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility of the center and uphold executive decisions
• Utilize the local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Help grow and manage the center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios
• Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)
• Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community
• Participate in industry‑leading continuing education opportunities

Requirements

• Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
• Valid State Physical Therapist License required to start
• CPR Certification

Qualifications

• Pelvic floor experience preferred

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 to $110,000 based on experience, with a sign‑on bonus up to $20,000 and student debt repayment assistance.

Schedule

Monday through Friday.
