About the role
We are seeking a Clinic Director – Physical Therapist (Full-Time) for our San Diego 4th Ave clinic. This position offers competitive pay ranging from $90K to $130K based on experience, location, and incentives. Additional benefits include bonus potential for student loan reimbursement and equity opportunities, 3 weeks of vacation, 7 paid holidays, and sick days. Responsibilities
- Treating patients
- Mentoring and developing the physical therapy team
- Managing clinic operations
- Building and maintaining community relationships
- Shaping the clinic culture
Requirements
- Licensed (or eligible) Physical Therapist in California
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
