About the role
We are hiring a Registered Nurse for our Clinic Director (RN) position to lead the operations, performance, sales, and clinical execution of one of our IV Nutrition locations. This role is leadership-first with full ownership of clinic success.
Responsibilities
- Clinic Leadership & Ownership
- Own overall clinic performance, including revenue, profitability, client experience, and team execution
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for all clinic operations
- Set the tone for culture, professionalism, and performance standards
- Ensure alignment with company goals, initiatives, and brand standards
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans to improve results
- Lead the clinic with an ownership mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
- Sales, Membership Growth & Client Retention
- Drive clinic sales performance through memberships, packages, retail offerings, and wellness services
- Lead and develop a sales-focused culture centered on education and relationship building
- Establish and monitor sales goals for the clinic and individual team members
- Coach staff on client consultations, service recommendations, and membership conversations
- Monitor client retention metrics and implement strategies to improve repeat visits and long-term loyalty
- Develop and execute client outreach initiatives, follow-up programs, and retention campaigns
- Review sales reports and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities
- Partner with corporate leadership on promotional campaigns and business development initiatives
- Client Experience & Growth
- Ensure every client receives a high-quality, personalized, and consistent experience
- Establish service standards that create long-term client relationships and referrals
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Conduct client follow-up outreach when necessary to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Foster a culture where exceptional client care and hospitality are non-negotiable
- Support local marketing efforts, networking opportunities, and community engagement initiatives
- Clinical Oversight & Quality
- Ensure safe and effective administration of IV therapies
- Maintain compliance with all clinical regulations, standards, and protocols
- Oversee documentation accuracy and client care quality
- Provide clinical guidance and support to staff as needed
- Promote a culture of safety, professionalism, and clinical excellence
- Team Leadership & Development
- Hire, train, and develop clinic staff
- Lead team performance through coaching, accountability, and goal setting
- Create a high-performance culture focused on results, client care, and growth
- Identify and develop future leaders within the clinic
- Conduct regular performance discussions and development planning
- Ensure all team members understand and achieve expectations related to service, sales, and operational performance
- Operations & Execution
- Ensure smooth daily clinic operations and workflow efficiency
- Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and resource allocation
- Maintain consistency in service delivery across all shifts
- Execute company initiatives, promotions, and process updates
- Oversee inventory management, supply ordering, and operational controls
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Performance Management
- Monitor team performance and hold staff accountable to expectations
- Address performance issues quickly and effectively
- Partner with HR on employee relations, coaching, and documentation
- Recognize and reward high-performing team members
- Utilize performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement
- Ensure the clinic consistently achieves operational, sales, and client satisfaction goals
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification preferred
- Minimum 2–5 years of vascular access or infusion experience
- Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience
- Previous experience leading sales teams, client retention programs, or membership-based businesses preferred
- Technical Knowledge
- Google Platforms (Google Drive, Gmail, Google Meet, etc.)
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
- Anatomy, medical terminology, and clinical practices
- Sales reporting, KPI tracking, and performance management systems

- 2–4 weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) per month required (based on staffing)
- Clinic environment with climate control and adequate lighting
- Extended shifts are scheduled in advance; mandatory overtime is not a regular expectation of this role
