Clinic Director

Responsibilities

• Manage clinic operations, including overall patient and employee satisfaction.
• Evaluate and treat patients.
• Mentor and develop clinic staff.
• Oversee clinic staff consisting of another PT and a front office Care Coordinator.
• Coordinate staff vacations, coverage, staff scheduling, and staff management.
• Financial/fiscal review and analysis of monthly accounting income statements.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Idaho

About

Compensation: $95,000 - $110,000 + inclusive of productivity incentives.
