About the role

Bright Day Pediatric Therapies is a new multidisciplinary center serving children with autism and related developmental needs. We provide ABA Therapy and will expand to include Speech and Occupational Therapy later this year.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the client schedule

• Run intake and coordinate authorizations

• Support the Founder & Day-to-Day Operations

• Support Families and Communication

• Open and/or close the clinic

• Help us improve over time

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• Clinic or healthcare experience is a plus

Qualifications

• Type-A personality

• Good with people

• Clear and professional communicator

• Ownership mentality

• Comfortable switching between high-level coordination and everyday tasks

• Quick learner of new software and systems

Pay

$56,000 - $60,000/year, depending on experience

Schedule

This is a salaried, full-time role. Core hours are generally 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, though as the clinic grows, hours may shift based on operational needs.
