Clinic Coordinator (LPN)

CorrectHealth is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Macon, GA. This day-shift role involves clinical patient care within a correctional environment, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals and law enforcement.

About the role

The LPN participates in the clinical aspects of patient care under the supervision of an RN, HSA, Mid-Level Provider, Physician, or HSC. Responsibilities include delivering quality care and responding to the unique needs of the correctional setting while adhering to nursing standards, ethics, and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team and law enforcement.
• Maintain nursing standards and ethics in accordance with state and accrediting agency guidelines.
• Respond to patient needs within the correctional environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of a national or state-approved nursing program.
• Current, active LPN license in the state of employment.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Corrections experience is a plus.
