Clinical Coordinator LPN

About the role

The Clinical Coordinator assists in the coordination of daily operations and promotes a caring and healing environment for patient-centered care. Functions as a clinical resource and role model, coordinates staff assignments, identifies potential problems, ensures compliance with regulatory standards and participates in Quality Improvement activities, under the direction of the Supervisor and Nurse Team Lead and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, Code of Ethics for Nurses, United Health Services and the Nursing Division Policies and Philosophy.

Schedule

Primary work shift: Day. Regular scheduled weekly hours: 40.

Pay

$22.97 – $34.46 per hour, depending on experience.

Education and experience

• Minimum required: A graduate of an accredited licensed practical nurse program.
• Preferred: Two (2) years clinical experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse in an acute care or ambulatory setting.

Licenses and certifications

• Minimum required: Current New York State Licensed Practical Nurse license.
• CPR certification within 3 months of hire.
