About the role

Paul Mitchell The School Boise is seeking a qualified Esthetics Learning Leader (instructor) to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Educate, motivate, mentor, and coach all Future Professionals in their technical and guest service skills
• Create extraordinary learning experiences in the clinic classroom using objective-based education (O.B.E.), mini classes, and learning centers
• Instruct at a cosmetology school
• Have a current Washington cosmetology or barbering instructor license
• Show excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills
• Show skills in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and return on investment
• Show a solid work history with verifiable references
• Show a passion for the beauty industry
• Show honesty and professionalism
• Show knowledge in Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural and technical systems

Requirements

• Previous education and salon experience
• Experience with Paul Mitchell and Image products
• A passion for educating, motivating, mentoring, and coaching all Future Professionals
• A passion for inspiring and coaching Future Professionals in all clinic classroom systems
• Experience in positive and effective communication
• Soft skills
• Professional development skills
• Teamwork

Qualifications
