About the role
Paul Mitchell The School Boise is seeking a qualified Esthetics Learning Leader (instructor) to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Educate, motivate, mentor, and coach all Future Professionals in their technical and guest service skills
- Create extraordinary learning experiences in the clinic classroom using objective-based education (O.B.E.), mini classes, and learning centers
- Instruct at a cosmetology school
- Have a current Washington cosmetology or barbering instructor license
- Show excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills
- Show skills in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and return on investment
- Show a solid work history with verifiable references
- Show a passion for the beauty industry
- Show honesty and professionalism
- Show knowledge in Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural and technical systems
Requirements
- Previous education and salon experience
- Experience with Paul Mitchell and Image products
- A passion for educating, motivating, mentoring, and coaching all Future Professionals
- A passion for inspiring and coaching Future Professionals in all clinic classroom systems
- Experience in positive and effective communication
- Soft skills
