Responsibilities

• Educate, motivate, mentor, and coach Future Professionals in technical and guest service skills.
• Create extraordinary learning experiences in the clinic classroom using objective-based education (O.B.E.), mini‑classes, and learning centers.
• Inspire and coach Future Professionals in all clinic classroom systems.
• Demonstrate positive and effective communication, soft skills, professional development skills, and teamwork.

Requirements

• Previous education and salon experience.
• Experience with Paul Mitchell products.
• Experience instructing at a cosmetology school.
• Current cosmetology, barber, esthetics, or nail instructor license in the state of Idaho.
• Solid work history with verifiable references.

Qualifications

• Passion for educating, motivating, mentoring, and coaching Future Professionals.
• Honesty and professionalism.
• Knowledge of Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural and technical systems (preferred).
• Passion for the beauty industry.
