About the role

Behavioral Framework is a BHCOE-accredited ABA provider committed to clinical excellence and compassionate care. We are an ACE Provider for continuing education and a member of CASP. Our leadership team prioritizes clinician support, mentorship, and sustainable caseloads so our BCBAs can focus on delivering meaningful outcomes for children and families.

Clinical Focus

• No direct 1:1 therapy hours required
• Attainable bonus structure for billable hours over 24
• Small caseload of 6–10 clients

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and support Behavior Technicians
• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS)
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Provide parent training and clinical guidance
• Analyze data to drive meaningful outcomes
• Foster a positive, inclusive, collaborative clinic environment
• Maintain ethical excellence and culturally responsive practice

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Must comply with company policies and procedures and the ethical guidelines for BCBAs as outlined by the BACB
• Experience with ABA assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS)
• Strong leadership, coaching & communication skills
• Ability to support children in a clinic environment and support clients physically when needed
• Commitment to cultural humility, compassion and ethical excellence
• Must exhibit satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills
