About the role
A clinic-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst / Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LBA) position is available in Chicago. This role involves providing behavior analytic services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavior plans based on functional assessments
- Provide direct service to clients in a variety of settings
- Conduct progress monitoring and report results to families and team members
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license in Illinois
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
