Clinic-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Chicago (WL)

About the role

A clinic-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst / Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LBA) position is available in Chicago. This role involves providing behavior analytic services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavior plans based on functional assessments
• Provide direct service to clients in a variety of settings
• Conduct progress monitoring and report results to families and team members
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license in Illinois
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
