Job Description
As a Clinic Administrative Assistant, you will perform a variety of administrative duties in a clinical environment. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting patients, maintaining a professional environment, distributing mail, obtaining signatures, ensuring patient confidentiality, scheduling appointments, coordinating transfers, and assisting with medical record scanning.
Requirements
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 6 months relevant experience without a degree
- 1-2 years related experience preferred
- Knowledge of office procedures and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to supporting software applications
- Customer service attitude
