About the Role
Be the project manager for the final step in the implementation of a specific CMSU diagnostic imaging modality at each location. Develop and manage the training plan and process for doctors, nurses, and technologists to ensure optimal utilization of CMSU products and services.
Responsibilities
- Consult with physicians and clinicians regarding best clinical practices (e.g., workflow, image acquisition, protocols, image quality) to maximize customer satisfaction with CMSU products and services.
- Determine whether clients need additional training or development and prepare supplementary training as needed.
- Maintain contact as the key clinical liaison for CMSU at each facility for follow-up and ongoing training needs.
- Complete site reports documenting daily training details and provide pre/post communications for both internal and external customers.
- Maintain technical and clinical proficiency.
- Diagnose and resolve problems affecting system performance and image quality; escalate unresolved issues as needed.
- Collaborate with service engineers when necessary.
- Complete Alerts and PCRs (Problem Correction Reports) when applicable.
- Provide mid-week updates to Applications Management and the local Canon team.
Requirements
- 5 years of clinical experience at a hospital or imaging center.
- Active motor vehicle/driver’s license from the state of residence.
- Weekly travel required: 85%–100%.
- Based on modality supported:
- (XR) ARRT RT(R) – required.
- (VL) ARRT RT(R) – minimum required; VI, CV, or CI – preferred.
- (MR) ARRT – required.
- (CT) ARRT RT(R) – required.
- (PET/CT) ARRT (CT) and either ARRT (N) or CNMT, RVT – required.
Skills
- Excellent project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and platform skills.
- Previous teaching experience is a plus.
Pay
Minimum $80K to maximum $129K, dependent on experience.
Schedule
- Ideal candidate should live in PST or MST time zones.
- Weekly travel required: 85%–100%.
