About the role

For our team in the Rotterdam region, we are seeking temporary reinforcement due to sickness absence. You will join a professional organization that values trust, independence, and quality. Responsibilities

  • Support residents, contributing to increased self-sufficiency so they can find their way through the healthcare system.
  • Be available to assist individuals who may not find the right care, or need further guidance on how to express their needs;
  • Help those who have already sought assistance but still face challenges or feel unheard;
  • Provide support to those unsure how to connect with healthcare organizations or local networks;
  • Signify trends and issues and take action or report them;
  • Write periodic reports.

Requirements

Essential requirements include experience as an independent client support specialist and registration at the Registerplein. A network in the region is beneficial.
