The Impact You’ll Make

• Partner directly with C-suite executives to align macro pressures with execution-level transformation roadmaps.
• Deploy Celonis Process Intelligence Graph to build systemic, end-to-end operational models.
• Formulate board-ready Celonis Value Assessments, delivering economic justifications and working capital reductions.
• Guide Fortune 500 clients through high-visibility operating model overhauls, resolving complex operational leakages.
• Direct the integration of real-time industrial telemetry into Celonis, translating complex data into high-margin offerings.
• Codify client successes into scalable Celonis apps and action templates, establishing industry-specific intellectual property.

The Profile We Are Looking For

• Consulting Pedigree: 12+ years of progressive experience in Big Four or elite management consulting firms, currently operating at Director, Managing Director, or Partner levels.
• Retail & CPG Vertical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Retail or Consumer Goods ecosystems, with a track record of leading multi-million-dollar transformation programs for global brands.
• SaaS & Process Intelligence Vision: Strong conceptual understanding of Process Mining paradigms, with experience leveraging enterprise software to reshape business processes.
• Architectural Fluency: Comprehensive understanding of modern retail and supply chain enterprise stacks, and emerging data/AI paradigms.
• Commercial Acumen: Proven capability in client origination, relationship management, and driving account growth through value-based selling.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems. MBA from a top-tier business school is highly preferred.
