About the Role
Provides intermediate level technical support to members of the healthcare community with a focus on client technology/devices and standard corporate applications. Works alone or as part of a team under intermittent supervision.
Responsibilities
- Apply intermediate knowledge of computer security procedures and protocol.
- Demonstrate novice level understanding of network infrastructure and protocols.
- Utilize intermediate skills with common micro-computer operating systems.
- Apply intermediate knowledge of corporate usage standards/policies related to end user devices/technology.
- Support corporate standard client devices for deployment, troubleshooting, and customer education at an intermediate level.
- Define problems, troubleshoot, and implement corrective actions for end user devices/technology at an intermediate skill level.
- Identify technical and functional specifications to meet customer needs related to client devices within corporate standards at a novice level.
- Demonstrate intermediate interpersonal skills, flexibility, and customer service focus.
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, at an intermediate level.
- Translate technical information for non-technical personnel at an intermediate level.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the field (required).
- Associate's Degree/Technical school or equivalent (preferred).
- 3 or more years of relevant experience in the field (preferred).
- Client technology support experience (preferred).
- Microsoft A+ Certification (preferred).

Schedule
- Full-time position.
- Day shift: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- 40 hours per week.
- Monday to Friday.
- Variable weekends.
