About the Role

We’re looking for an exceptional marketing leader to help expand our market presence, accelerate demand generation, and strengthen our position as the technology leader in the dealership industry. The Client Technology Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining a trusting, responsive customer relationship that results in successful technology planning and overall customer satisfaction. This position can be based anywhere on the East Coast.

The Client Technology Manager oversees the complete resolution of escalated technical issues and solicits feedback through regular client visits. They ensure the client’s network, desktop, security, and voice communications remain “state of the art” and fully capable of supporting their business.

Responsibilities

  • Understand each client’s technology roadmap and security posture as it relates to the FTC GLB Safeguards Rules, and deliver the annual report to client stakeholders.
  • Build relationships, foster collaboration, and work as an effective business partner across Helion.
  • Build and sustain effective working relationships with client contacts in assigned portfolio.
  • Present our Decisive Competitive Edge to ensure client retention.
  • Communicate contract decisions to Sales and Leadership teams.
  • Serve as liaison to customers for all Helion interdepartmental interactions regarding customer’s technology projects and service issues.
  • Contact existing customers to discuss their needs and explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services.
  • Select the correct products or assist customers in making production selections based on customers’ needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations.
  • Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers’ needs and technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
  • Coordinate the quoting process for purchased equipment, acquire necessary approvals, and ensure smooth transition of upgrades to Project Management for configuration/deployment.
  • Collaborate with Project and Technical teams to implement additional products and services.
  • Foster relationships with 3rd party vendors to enhance the client experience by presenting them with their best proposal options.
  • Conduct feature/product training on new technology and devices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5-10 years’ experience in Account Management
  • Experience managing a portfolio of 10+ clients, ranging from 100-2,000 users
  • Technology Advisory/IT Sales Experience highly preferred
